Non-electric refrigeration technology leading green energy-saving innovation

Inspired by the unique hair structure of Saharan silver ants, Chuangleng Technology has independently developed multi-component and multi-scale nanoparticle materials by deeply integrating the principles of material science, optics and heat transfer. The product uses a polymer with high and medium infrared radiation as the matrix, embedded with spherical particles. While blocking the incoming heat, it dissipates the heat to the cold outer space through mid-infrared radiation, thereby spontaneously providing a cooling effect for the inside of the application.

i2Film's mid-infrared emissivity can reach 94%, which can effectively inhibit heat absorption and promote heat release, achieving zero-energy cooling without the need for external power supply and refrigerant. Product technical principle

High-performance PET optical micro-film is used to achieve a mid-infrared emissivity of up to 94%. It effectively isolates heat gain and reduces indoor temperature by reflecting and refracting light and heat layer by layer, while maintaining high visible light transmittance and UV blocking rate, taking into account both high light transmittance and high thermal insulation.
